Where can I find a wine called "Protocol?"?

I'm looking for a wine called Protocol, that is supposedly really hard to find. All I know about it is that it is a Chilean wine and it's a Merlot. It's my boyfriend's favorite wine, and an old friend of his used to get it at a store in the Tampa Bay area, but he doesn't know what store it was. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Has anyone heard of it? Do you know an online store I can order it from or a place in the Tampa Bay Area? I'm trying to surprise him with it. Thanks!!!
