Triple monitor support/help?

i have an ATI Radeon HD6970 and its supports eyefinity and is supposed to allow quad monitor support and when i attached my 3rd monitor it wont let me extend my display. i have an asus 23" LED (working with a dvi to hdmi cable) and a HP w17e LCD (working with a dvi to vga adapter) and an AVOL(spelling could be wrong) 22inch (not working through a single hdmi cable) if there are some settings i need to tweak, please tell me. cause when i go to create an eyefinity display group, it only offers 2 monitor eyefinity.
