Streaks On My 42" LCD, Not Dead Pixels please read?

Hi Guys, I am using a Toshiba Regza 42" LCD as my monitor for my computer. I have noticed that I had one line that was running vertical starting about a quarter down the screen then going down to the bottom. I figured that it was the same place I had Windows media player in window mode while i was playing wow. But it never went away. Just now I got another one it was horrizontal this time and again the same place where wmp is. Is there any way to get rid of these? The streaks are hard to explain, You cant see them most of the time, but if you look close you defintly see it, Its clear as day if you look close enough but like i said its not dead pixels its like a line... thats there. Ive tryed unplugging and yes I made sure its not my compute.r
