Rose Hair Tarantulas (Chilean)?

I'm planning on getting one and I'm looking up care sheets and videos like I'm supposed to, but everyone is saying different things. Can someone tell me the proper care to a Chilean Rose Hair? And am I supposed to remove the webs they make? And how often do I clean their cage.
