Please help!! Hair question?

Ok so in the begginning i had really long hair and i dont know what happened it started coming out in the middle of my hair is like ver short in frizzy and gets ver tangled and btw am a black 14 year old girl with black hair and i need help and a ending to this cuz it has grown back right in the middle of y head in its kinda messing with my self confindence
