My tarantula is not eating.?

It sounds like she may be coming up to moult. Has the patch on her abdomen gone quite dark in colour? This is a good indicator of a moult, the discolouration is caused by the new urticating hairs. Adult tarantulas will not eat for quite a while prior to moulting, so that's nothing to worry about.
