Looking to buy an Inner Ear Monitor, Any advice? Cheers.?

Hello, I am in a function band and I always stand next to the guitarist, no matter how loud my monitor is, the guitar is always louder (typical guitarist lol). Was thinking of investing in a inner ear monitor because I always struggle to hear myself. Could anyone offer advice on brands to go for/do they really work well enough to spend �200/good websites to go on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I have never used one before. Thank you.
