I want good quality speakers that will work with my xbox 360?

my birthday's coming up and i'm thinking of upgrading my xbox gear, right now i'm using idock which is fine but something better would be nice, i'm probably gonna get a BenQ G2222HDL 21.5-inch Widescreen LED Back-Light Monitor, is the sound on it any good? i have an adapter for the red and white audio cables that turns it into a headphone jack. if you need any other details just ask
