Am I Hispanic/Latina?

Im from Chile and I know I'm Hispanic. But am I considered Latina. I read that anyone can be Hispanic but I'm still a little confused about being considered Latino/Latina. So if you are from Europe your Latino?? I've heard people like Cubans, Mexicans, Chileans - etc being called Latino. I'm so confused please clear this up to what I'm considered as. Thanks
