Adobe (everything) being funky with my Cintiq?

So I got my new Cintiq 12WX, which is amazing. But I can only use the Cintiq on my Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) when I have my main screen monitor turned off, and the Cintiq is the only monitor. When I have both monitors on, and I try drawing in Photoshop, the cursor calibration messes up, but when I exit it gets fixed. Any help?
