Why are they trying to bring Rafa Benitez to Atleti?

I mean he's a good coach but he's not exactly my cup of tea for Atleti. Why not Bielsa? He would ask for a way cheaper salary and he seemed to do very with the Chilean national team. And Luis Enrique? I was getting very fond of the idea of having him around.
