Why are so many White people comparing Haiti and New Orleans to Japan?

The Japanese haven't looted. Everyone else loots! I don't think blacks loot more than whites. In some situations blacks and whites have looted together! So what? Everyone tries to take advantage of situations to get what they've never had before. They know they've got far more chance of getting away with it when something bad is happening. That's human nature.
