Chilean rose hair tarantula... Can she come on a long 3 hour car ride?

Ok so we are going on vacation for a month and no one will take care of Wichita my 1 year old rosie. Im afraid that she will become stressed on the car ride because of the vibrations of the car. Will she be ok?
